What does identifying (or not identifying) with the BGLTQ community mean to you?

Challenging myself to always expand my circle of concern and to keep an eye out for those who are being left out or disadvantaged.

What advice would you give to yourself when you were an undergraduate?

Do fewer things and do them well. Go on more double dates and introduce my dates to friends earlier.
