HUHS Health Assessment Survey

March 9, 2016

Hello All,

Every other year HUHS sends out a Health Assessment Survey to all undergraduate students at Harvard. We usually have a response rate of about 30%. This year we want to achieve an even higher rate and we need your help.

Last week all College students should have received an email with the link to take the survey. It takes about 15-20 minutes to complete and everyone who completes the survey receives a $5 J.P.Licks gift card.
